It explains how to regulate carbon capture and storage to promote carbon capture and storage in our country. Furthermore, finding out the established legislative model can be extended as a reference for other environmental legislation for Taiwan.

The relationship between the Meishan bamboo industry and life-living is written to be seen as well. Thus, this picture book shows the local life-living bamboo industry daily and tries to tell the importance of renewable energy and recycling knowledge.

It is mainly about ten action plans for the sustainable development of the campus. In addition to promoting the sustainable development of the teaching and research environment, they should be implemented from universities and extended to communities and primary and secondary schools. Overall, the University has been one of the first 13 green university demonstrations in more than 100 participating green universities, and both have signed The Talloires Declaration.
