This year, in recognition of the outstanding performance of universities in various fields of sustainability, the "University USR Sustainability Program Award" was added, attracting 26 universities to participate in the award for the first time. The participating cases show that the university is actively using its cross-field influence to promote the development of the local community. At the same time, through professional and technical skills, it can solve social concerns such as cultural preservation, talent cultivation, and industry creation, so that the university is no longer just education. It is not a place, but a "contributor" and even a "navigator" of society. Through the positive encouragement of the awards, it is hoped that through the promotion of the university USR, in addition to improving related public issues, it can also cultivate more young students with sustainable knowledge and ability, and work together for the sustainable development of our country.
