Aging Cross-domain Innovation Research Center of Chung Cheng University, the Labor and Youth Development Office of Chiayi County Government, the Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan Branch of the Labor Development Department of the Ministry of Labor, and Ding Ye Consulting Co., Ltd., etc., jointly held the Silver Labor Forum on the 13th to discuss the pulse of Taiwan's elderly society, On issues such as the middle-aged and elderly labor force. They hope that through the sharing of advanced strategies for the use of middle-aged and elderly people and the use of senior labor, will break through age boundaries and overcome environmental constraints. Also, They hope to lead all walks of life to grasp the trend of aging, and to think about the possibility and development of employment for middle-aged and elderly people. In response to the implementation of the Employment Promotion Law for the Middle-aged and the Elderly and the Elderly, County Mayor Weng, Zhang-liang and the President of Chung Cheng University, Feng, Zhan-hua, signed a memorandum of cooperation to assist the middle-aged and the elderly in employment promotion to promote the employment of the middle-aged and the elderly.
