The Beigang river East Stone Embankment in Chiayi County is located between the mangrove forest and the embankment next to the Aogu Wetland. There are many abandoned bamboos, bottles and garbage, forming a "garbage belt" about 400 meters long. College students in Chiayi recently formed a " Chiayi students Beach Cleaning Group" called on 36 teachers and students to take advantage of the holidays to go to the clean shore. It took about 2 hours to clear 2,605 kilograms of waste bamboo and wood. In the future, the Chiayi County Environmental Protection Bureau and the community will be combined to clear the rubbish in embankment by phases.
