After the government announced, the average electricity rate is going to rise. National Chung Cheng University has planned to install a solar panel to reduce the increasing fee by building reconstruction. While the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs promotes solar energy, they provide a financial subsidy for those participants. National Chung Cheng University, in the meantime, catches on this issue as well. This strategy works well, not only to save the extra fee but also to solve the guano contamination and noise pollution. As a result, National Chung Cheng University becomes the largest university on solar power using in Taiwan. And is invited by an Australian institution to share the experience.
