Chung Cheng University Bamboo Charcoal Water Purification Technology Helps in Fish Farming

Due to the increasing environmental protection awareness and the green generation coming, bamboo, which has a short-term life cycle, has been a precious natural resource for humans. Chung Cheng University focuses on bamboo characteristics of purifying water and air. The research team built a bamboo charcoal base, developed bamboo charcoal water filter materials, and organized a local living lab in fish farming in Chiayi and a global fish farming living lab in Indonesia.
