The new covid-19 epidemic is raging around the world. The "Taiwan-India Artificial Intelligence Technology Innovation Research Center" has promoted industry-government-academia cooperation. Based on the "Smart Epidemic Prevention System" developed by Chung Cheng University, it will automatically detect body temperature, face recognition, and contact history community analysis, etc. Artificial intelligence technology is implemented on campus to effectively track and control the safety of campus personnel. The Ministry of Science and Technology promotes various new southbound plans and measures, subsidizing domestic colleges and universities to go to the new southbound target countries and local institutions to jointly set up "scientific research and technological innovation centers". Since 2017, it has been established in 9 countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia 12 overseas scientific research centers. In 2018, National Chung Cheng University received a grant to jointly establish the "Taiwan-India Artificial Intelligence Technology Innovation Research Center" in India with the Indian Institute of Technology Robar.
