Western Michigan University and National Chung Cheng University have been sister schools for more than 20 years. Since 2019, the two sides have jointly launched the "Taiwan-US Cross-border Global Innovation MBA" (GIMBA) program, which is organized by American higher education. The committee (HLC) has reviewed and approved. Half of the courses are taught in Taiwan by top professors from the headquarters of Western Michigan University, and half of the courses are taught by National Chung Cheng University in Taiwan and other domestic authoritative professors. The whole course is taught in English.
