National Chung Cheng University was entrusted by the Yunlin County government to enter Dounan to operate the Qingyin Coexistence Base. The goal is to develop a "happiness economy and practice local elderly care". The base held a digital presentation to invite partners to create a happy economy. Recruitment targets include agricultural, forestry, fishery, and animal husbandry producers, those who plan to enter the food and agricultural industry after retirement, those in the catering industry and food processing industry, as well as base market stalls and farmers' direct sales stations.
