Professor Lin, Ming-Jie of the Department of Crime Prevention and Control of National Chung Cheng University and Chiayi County Water Recreation Association jointly organized the "Great Love Canoe" free teaching and experience, hoping to let the public not only exercise and relax, but also enhance love and communication so that social schools can reduce bullying, violence, and increase harmony, the atmosphere of mutual love.
