National Chung Cheng University aims to enroll students from the poorest quintile of families in the country (or a more strictly defined target group). Therefore, the establishment of this system is implemented. The goal of SDG 1 of the United Nations is hoped to be achieved.

A special selection recruitment plan for students from families with the lowest income in 20% of the country. Regular tracking and review, and continuous adjustment and improvement for optimization.

Present the effectiveness of the implementation of the enrollment plan for special talent selection for disadvantaged students, the implementation of the enrollment guidance, and the follow-up analysis mechanism, to review and evaluate future adjustments and improvements.
