National Chung Cheng University implements and establishes this system to achieve a plan to support poor students in low-income or low-middle-income countries (such as providing free education, and grants), and then hopes to achieve the goals of SDG 1 of the United Nations.

The school supports students from low-income or low-middle-income countries by providing scholarship grants.

RONY AMILCAR from Haiti (Low or lower-middle-income countries) entered the School of Education of Chung Cheng University in the first semester of the 2019 academic year (2019/09), and received a monthly scholarship of 30,000 yuan from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Taiwan (during the award period): 2018/8-2020/6).
