2019 National Chung Cheng University Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report section 2.4.2 page 19 highlights the following event as Good Health and Well-being to achieve the SDGs.
During long-term cooperation with the Department of Urology of Chiayi Christian Hospital, Zhang De Ching, a professor of the Department of Biomedical Sciences of Chung Cheng University, recently used the protein of mimic human poly tumorigenic virus as a gene therapy vector. Can target adenocarcinoma cells and effectively inhibit tumor growth, was in the ""Cancer Gene Therapy"" journal.

2019 National Chung University Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report page 18 highlight the following event as our Partnerships to achieve the SDGs.
This project is a Taiwan-Japan cooperation agreement with the Japanese Nara ELYSION Group. To set up its first demonstration base in Chiayi County within three years is the priority. A residential building for the elderly, a joint clinic, a senior learning base, a daycare center, a health care center, and an age-friendly product exhibiting area will all be included in one unit. Moreover, we aim to provide a solution to the long-term care issues for the elderly with the medical care experience from Japan and the teaching resource from CCU. And give the aged people to have a healthier and happier life.
