National Chung Cheng University has been cultivating in Yunlin for a long time and accepted the commission of Yunlin County Government. Starting from 2019, it has been stationed in Dounan to operate the Reciprocal Hub for Old and Young. The goal is to develop a "happy economy and practice aging in place".

In 2021, in order to assist the sustainable economic development of community farmers and stores and expand the sales channels of Yunlin's local agricultural products, the Reciprocal Hub for Old and Young plans to start from planting crops, processing, marketing, product development and design, visiting local stores and small-holder farmers and recruit happy economic partners.

The recruited partners include farm operators and small-holder farmers, and the hub hold consensus meetings with them to increase mutual understanding, explain where assistance is needed, discuss how to develop sustainable business, and even use local crops to develop the nutritional products needed by the elderly society in the future.
