Our school appoints new faculty when faculty resigns or retires to maintain the teaching quality in our University; we assess each candidate with a suitable area of specialities to meet our vision and the academic research of which our era and world are in need.
Our school encourages every College and Department to hire the best talents from domestic or overseas to make the best use of the limited positions in academia with the most wanted talents. Thus, we have established a competitive appointment evaluation system to look for suitable personnel to avoid the academic gap and bridge appointment renewal. Since 2017, we have processed 13 cases, and 10 out of them successfully joined our school.
