To help students from the poorest one-fifth of families in the country (or a more strictly defined target group) graduate/completion, Chung Cheng University implements this system and hopes to achieve the goal of SDG 1 of the United Nations.

To help students from families with the lowest income in 20% of the country complete their studies, we provide after-school tutoring for disadvantaged students.

Cooperate with the school's early warning counseling system, after-school counseling system, and the Ministry of Education's higher education deep cultivation plan higher education public plan, looking for economically and academically disadvantaged students to provide academic, life care, and financial assistance, regardless of whether it is an excellent student Priority is hired as a tutoring TA or award students with excellent final grades and scholarships for students with improved grades.
