The theme-based core course training of the general counseling group - food safety education learning planner, a total of two days for the south and north, respectively, on April 15th, April 22nd, May 13th, and July 1st, A total of 119 people participated. This course invited Zhan Hui-Ru, a nutritionist, to bring the themed courses including awareness and prevention of food poisoning, food safety labels, six categories of nutrient numbers and calorie calculations, and rich knowledge of food safety and nutrition! Nutritionists bring many physical teaching aids to teach important food safety knowledge in an easy-to-understand way and can be used in daily life. I also hope that every planner can use it in their teaching courses.
Then, Professor Wei Hui-Juan and Professor Li Ai-Ci led the elderly teachers to apply the teaching 123 skills to re-deconstruct the art and science of adult education, teach a simple and easy-to-understand method, master the teaching structure of opening, process, and ending, and combine experience and knowledge Innovative teaching activity design, leading the lecturers to write food safety course teaching plans. Emphasis on effective course teaching requires planning easy-to-understand and close-to-understand learning content based on the language that students understand, life situations, etc. The first thing is to teach the elderly people useful information because they will pay attention to the content that is relevant or useful to them and are more willing to learn. In the future, we encourage everyone to continue to study and learn to convey the correct concept of food safety!
For the course content of the second day, 10 to 12 teachers who take food safety education as the teaching course are selected for each session. Each teacher will demonstrate for 15 minutes, and then the teachers will give feedback and suggestions. The two-day training content was rich and solid, and we look forward to spreading the concept of food safety to every senior trainee through the delivery of senior lecturers in the future so that everyone can eat healthy and safe, and reduce potential food safety problems!
