In order to build the institution of academic ethics and research integrity in CCU, our school enact regulations such as Self-Discipline Norm on Academic Ethics and Research Integrity Management in CCU, Establishment Directions on Academic Ethics and Research Integrity for Offices in CCU, Directions for Implementing the Academic Ethics Education for Teachers and Researchers in CCU, and Operation Guidelines on the Case of Academic Ethics and Research Integrity for Researchers in CCU. By doing so, we can improve the academic ethics and integrity of researchers in CCU, deepen the education on academic ethics, and fairly process the cases that violate the regulations on academic ethics and integrity. The Office of Research and Development in CCU promotes the importance of academic ethics by setting online theme area and holding education training regularly.

Our school develops homepage news column, school paper, internship media, Facebook fans page, annual report etc. communication tunnels to announce the school information. Secretariat establish alumnus webmail, School Affairs Advice System, feedback mail providing to alumnus, students, communities, students parents for reflections and opinions providing. After organizing, school will inform relative school administration organization to progress the follow-up reply.

Aging-Community-Engagement Living Labs is a platform for co-creation and sharing, take the user as the core, to resolve local difficulties through the participation of residents, name as the laboratory, is to conclude the data obtained in the process and propose more effective methods, the concept is the first attempt in Taiwan and processing by ""CIRAS"" which is Taiwan is only recognized office.
Section 3.2 CCU Startup Land won Asian Students Venture Forum Award

The entrepreneurship project ""Green Carrier"", demonstrates an"" environmental cup automatic leasing system"" that can regenerate plastic or plastic, with environmental protection as the main focus, to implement the United Nations concept of sustainable development (SDGs);"" Future mate "", to design a"" senior community website "", developed a set of communities suitable for the middle-aged and elderly app, to meet the social needs of elderly with a plan of co-meal and co-tourism. The team of the entrepreneurship program focuses on the environmental and social issues of concern to modern countries.
Section 2.4.2 Real-time pathogen monitoring technology in Breeding Pond

The grouper has been loved in recent years, but pathogens infection is severe for breeders. Given the colonization of grouper, the Center for Nano Bio-detection in CCU developed the ""immediate colonization pool aquatic pathogen monitoring"" technology. As long as the sensor wafer is dripped into 0.1 ml pool water, it can be confirmed whether the virus infects the pool water in 20 minutes. Early drug administration can effectively prevent a large number of infected deaths and improve water quality.
Section 2.4.2 CCU iGEM-Develops the Prototype of A Fast-Screening Detector of African Swine Fever
2019 National Chung Cheng University Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report section 2.4.2 page 20 highlights the following event as Zero Hunger to achieve the SDGs.<p></p>
A cross-domain team of 16 students developed an ""African plague fast detector"" that can detect swine fever virus in the early incubation period, effectively prevent the epidemic from spreading. They also went to the United States, attended International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition(iGEM), and won the silver medal from 353 teams worldwide.

The university has a Career Development Center to guide group counseling to one person, according to each student personal characteristics and their own background, to provide career direction.
Section 6.1.3 Yunlin Chiayi Region Middle School Science Education Promotion Plans

Yunlin and Chiayi area lacks educational resources and becomes the weakest area for middle school students to study in the country. By gathering teachers in the fields of natural science, medical science, information, engineering, and sports science, the plan will form a USR team to improve the scientific learning environment in the region, create a new opportunity for the development and promotion of scientific education in Yunlin and Chiayi.
Section 3.7.4 Student Counseling

According to the student guidance method and the special education law, the counseling center of our school sets up each group according to the student guidance method, is responsible for the whole school staff student psychological guidance and the physical and mental disability student guidance, and hold the lectures that the students are concerned.

President Educational Award Winner is for those who enjoy learning, change the plight of life, and interact with peers to be a role model for learning.
Zhang Shijing, major in law, won the General Education Award the second time because she and her brother were both congenital muscle wilting patients, who had been resistant to childhood and illness, and the body deterioration grew more and more serious with age. But she never gave up any learning opportunities.
