According to the demographic data from the Ministry of the Interior, until the end of March in 2018, the elderly population over the age of 65 has exceeded 14%, officially entering the Aged Society. It is estimated that it will reach 20% after 2025, becoming a Hyper-aged Society, for the first time in history, both the government and citizens need to face the problem inactive. In order to respond to the challenge of hyper-aged society perfectly, our school established the Advanced Gerontological Expertise Institute in 2016. We combined all parties resources from internal and external research, industries, society...and so on. Also, we take part in the research of Senior Citizens Learning positively, and passed through the High Education Sprout Project by The Ministry of Education, established the Center for Innovative Research on Aging Society (CIRAS) in 2018. Our centre's mission is to build the multiple innovation model of all Taiwanese people's social care, the three main points: "social transformation", "Physiology, Psychology, Cognition and Sports Health Promotion in elderly" and "Health Care Technology" will be the first to do. By the science research and society practice, it is important to promote the health and happiness of the Taiwanese elderly and be the push hand to our senior citizen policy and the overall society prosperity.
