Coordinate the High Education Sprout Project by The Ministry of Education, our school provides the opportunity to the local nationality Chia-sin student of the bachelor degree. The target is:

1. Qualified for incidental expenses free person includes:

A. low-income family

B. low and middle-income resident

C. disabled student and the children's parent is disabled

D. student from the family in hardship

2. Do not fit the first condition but gain the scholarship from the Ministry of Education

3. Aboriginal students (don't fit the first condition) but family suffer the big accident in sudden (need the corroboration to the Counseling Center to verify)

4. Did not apply the scholarship provided by the Ministry of Education for the disadvantaged students (need the corroboration to Student Life Section to verify)
